The combo comes with hangboard and a pair of pull up grips that can be attached to the hangboard.
Designed to improve your grip strength, finger strength and pinch strength.
This hangboard is made of durable solid wood. It comes with versatile edges ranging from 40mm (large), 25mm (medium) 15mm (small) and 13mm (small) edges. The edges are smooth and rounded to ensure fingers don't hurt during training.
The hangboard comes with a pair of silicone inserts to help you reduce the edge depth of any 3 or 4 finger edges by 3mm
The hangboard comes with a mobile holder to help you measure your hangtime accurately using a mobile app
This finger training board comes with a pair of jugs and slopers.
The pipe grips come with a sturdy rope, 5cm in diameter, and are made of solid boxwood. Dead hangs and pull-ups on these grips are much more effective compared to standard pull-ups on bars
